  • Bands
  • Dumbbells
  • Cable Machine
  • Barbell (or smith machine)
  • Plyobox (or something to do step-ups and hip thrusts)
  • Treadmill

How many days a week is the program?

This program will follow a 4 day split over a course of 6 weeks, allowing for appropriate rest and active recovery days.

Can I adjust the program to my fitness level?

Of course, each movement will come with a modification if needed.
