  • Mini Bands
  • Dumbbells (light, medium, heavy)
  • Yoga mat (optional)

Is this program suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Each movement will come with a modification if needed.

How much time do the workouts take?

Workout times can vary depending on the person. I would set aside at least 30-45 minutes for proper time to warm up and cool down.
